Delivery
We aim to have in stock items delivered to UK addresses within 5 - 10 working days of receiving your order. During busy periods and public holidays, please allow longer for delivery. Some items have longer lead times if they are currently out of stock or on pre-order. Please email us if you would like more information on specific delivery dates for items. Currently, we are only able to ship to mainland UK addresses.
*Pre-order dates are not a guarantee as we are reliant on our suppliers but please be assured that we will dispatch your items as soon as they arrive with us. Once a pre order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel or make changes to your order, however, you can still return it within the 14 days for a refund or exchange. In order to minimise our carbon footprint, unless you specify, we may despatch all items together once your complete order is in stock.
Please note. Once we have handed the item to the courier we cannot take responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. Please ensure you enter your address correctly including your postcode as we cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses. Please also include a telephone number as this will enable our courier service to contact you and update you on your delivery and reschedule where necessary.

Please be advised that we strive to do regular stock takes to ensure that our stock levels on our systems are up to date, but with many customers purchasing items online at the same time, inevitably some customers will be disappointed when the item is out of stock but we'll always do our absolute best to fulfil all orders.
