We hope that you love your order as much as we do! However, if you decide you would like to return your item, or if it arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order at sales@nicnachome.com.
We must then receive your returned item within 14 days of approving your return request. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please send us images as soon as possible.
Please note that all sale items are final sale and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Any items returned from the sale section, or returned outside of our 14-day return window, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. In these cases, it will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange and cover the cost of return delivery should they wish to have the item sent back to them.

The item/s must be returned securely packaged, undamaged and in the original packaging. This is both the box they came in and the protective packaging. Please include the packing slip so we know who the return is from, we can not process the refund without the packing slip. Products must be in a re-saleable condition. We will be unable to process your return if unwanted items are returned to us damaged in any way.
Unfortunately, we will not refund shipping costs for unwanted items. You are responsible for the cost of returning your items (unless the item arrives faulty, damaged or the incorrect item has been received). We recommend using a tracked or recorded returns service as we are not responsible for lost parcels. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will send out a replacement to you as soon as possible. Please do not dispose of damaged or faulty items or their packaging unless advised to do so by us.
Once we have received your return, we will process your refund minus the original postage cost and, if you have requested one, release your exchange. Please be advised that your refund may take up to 14 days to show in your account.
