Shipping Questions

What are the shipping costs?

All shipping costs are dependent on the weight of your products. When you add items to cart your shipping will be estimated in the bar on the side. All orders over £100 will receive free shipping.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to have in stock items delivered to UK addresses within 5 - 10 working days of receiving your order. During busy periods and public holidays, please allow longer for delivery. Some items have longer lead times if they are currently out of stock or on pre-order. For more information, please see our delivery page here.

Are orders sent tracked?

Yes. A tracking link will be emailed to you automatically once your order has been dispatched.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived, please get in touch by emailing sales@nicnachome.com so that we can raise this with the courier. For more information, please see our delivery page here.

Returns Questions

What is the returns policy?

If you decide you would like to return your item or it arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order on sales@nicnachome.com.  We must then receive your returned item within 14 days of receiving your request for a return.
Once we have received your return, we will process your refund minus the original postage cost and, if you have requested one, release your exchange. Please be advised that your refund may take up to 14 days to show in your account. For more information, read our returns policy.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged, or you received the wrong item. To help us resolve this quickly, please send us images as soon as possible (maximum 3 days) as well as, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order via email sales@nicnachome.com.
